   Fr. Evaristus Mushi, while he was in service to the parish at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Crystal River, Florida, U.S. of A., approached me to put this web page together for the Diocese of Zanzibar.  I agreed, and after working on it, I feel that I have a close compassion with those of you in Zanzibar and your ambitions regarding the church there. I have also developed a lasting friendship with him and since his return to Zanzibar a great working relationship with Fr. Exupery Lyimo Kilemi of Zanzibar.  I wish to share with you some photos of us while we were working on this original project and of a fund raising event for the Diocese put on by the parishioners of St. Benedicts Catholic Church in Florida. I hope that you will appreciate our efforts on your behalf.  We have enjoyed it immensely.
